Veterinary Medicine-colleges?
i still have 4 years to worry(freshman in HS) but im looking into colleges, so far ive looked at A&M and Cornell.
but what i would love is if there was one in AZ, i believe NAU has an undergraduate major degree, but im unsure.
if you know of any other vet colleges in or around AZ, please post them!

You will want to look up some websites of schools offering the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and find out from them what a pre-veterinary curriculum consists of. There are only 27 schools in the entire United States offering the DVM degree. So far as I know, none of the Arizona schools offers the DVM; however, within a one-state radius of Arizona, you do have University of California Davis and Colorado State University offering the DVM. Once you’ve found out from them what a pre-vet curriculum is, look at what schools offer that. You’ve got a long journey cut out for you, as you’ll have four years for your bachelor’s followed by another four years for your DVM. Good luck to you.

arizona does not have a vet school. Check out avma.org under the education section and they will give you a list of vet schools. I think there are some schools in arizona that have a vet science department so you could do undergrad there but no DVM program. (i think aavmc.org has a list of schools with vet science departments)
