university question…?
can a student join a university in january?… does that mean they miss a semester?… how can they make it up?.. and will they graduate at the same time?

3. yes, if the classes they want to take are offered during the summer you might be able to make it up.
4. So like instead of doing 4 yrs it might take you 4 in half years.

2. no but they might miss some classes until next year, though some classes are given in all semesters;; even in summer;;; just check with the department. I assume you talk about US.
3. you need credits for graduating

they may finish with the rest if they have the credits until then
