What’s the best thing to put on a resume as a college grad with no experience?

Do you list your intership work or your clinical practice?

Do you list any observation or job shadowing you may have done?

For example, I’m a clinical laboratory science major. Part of my academic curriculum requires that I do 3 week internships in various rotations in the clinical laboratory, like blood bank, clinical chemistry, hematology, private clinics, hospitals, ect.

Is this what I should list on a resume when looking for a job after I graduate?

Yes, list the internship and list the job shadowing. Also highlight classes you’ve taken that are relevant.

You want to give your prospective employer as much relevant information as you can regarding your abilities and knowledge. If you never had a job job, then those activities will be the only things indicative of your qualifications, so list them~!

Good luck!!

You should list all your internships and scholarly works that you’ve done that is relevant to the job. It wouldn’t hurt to get a few letters of recommendation from your professors…

Good Luck!
