I am assuming given your question about what to take that you are looking at undergraduate programs. In that case, look at business schools to see if they have a major in real estate. I know that many do. You need one with an undergraduate program, though (Berkeley doesn’t have an undergraduate business program at all).
As to your question about scholarships and financial aid, in most cases, you would have to bring that with you from your own country. Unless you offer something incredible to the school that they can’t get from a domestic student, most schools give priority to U.S. students when allocating their own money. International students are appreciated when they come with their own money (some governments have programs to send students abroad to study; we have a number of international students who are sponsored by their own governments), but things like U.S. government loans are not available to them. In general, it is easier for an international student to get into a graduate program in the U.S. with financial aid (for example, most doctoral students get a full stipend, and many of these are international students) than for them to get into an undergraduate program.
