TOEFL Score Report?
At the end of the year I will apply for graduate schools in USA and In a month i will enter the Toefl IBT. But i haven’t decided to which universities i will send my TOEFL score. Should i do it before entering the test? Or can i determine these universities and inform TOEFL organization via online(i’m registered to online service of ETS) after finishing the exam?

You do this before the exam (as far as I know) 🙂 But you should check this on their site. Good luck!

If you have already applied or you are in the process of applying now, you won’t have any problem since the report day is still inside your time limit. But if you want to apply later and decided to send a copy beforehand I should say that it is risky. In the secondly mentioned situation, I encourage you to ask the universities admission’s office about your choices in such an occasion. Also to walk on the safe side, you’d better get ready for the test so that you wont loose precious time my friend.
