I too was a little worried about modeling, but yes they do teach you and you get better with experience. One thing to keep in mind is that most schools are integrating computers into their programs. So 75% of the work that I do is on the computer. The past 3 semesters I only had to build 1 model, the rest was printed from our design software. If you’re afraid of computers you might want to rethink your intended major, but models and hand-drawing are nothing to be worried about at this stage!

When you enroll to most any college that specializes in architecture, they will teach you everything you need to know.
