i dont think so. first of all when you go to universities you are about 18 to 22 yrs old. by now you should be able to know what should and should not be worn to class. also the fact that you are paying for your higher learning should give you a right on how to dress for class.

but instead of taking to the extremes of having uniforms in universities, what the college can do is set up a guideline of what is acceptable and what is not acceptable on school grounds.

but in college there are many activities which have students dressed a certain way, so you also have to look at that.

No. Most students that are in college are over the age of 18, ie adults. There are a few 17 and under at universities. They are adults, allowed to do anything as long as it is legal according to law.
