When changing schools, is it a requirement to send in a transcript or disclose any information regarding any schools/universities you previously attended?

It’s not by law, but if you don’t provide any information, you are lying to them. Every school asks if you have been to other schools. You have to say yes, if you have been to other schools.

If you want credit for those classes yes you have to. I think most require you to send a transcript anyways. Talk to a student advisor at the school you are interested in.

by law you wont get into any trouble however when you fill out your application they are asking you if all info you have given them is correct to the best of your knowledge so if they find out (which is very likely since you give school you SSN and all your other info) they can possibly expel you so its best to tell the truth then possibly waste tuition with the possibilty of getting expelled. GOOD LUCK!
