How long is it and what kind of coursework is involved?

It will vary greatly from state to state. Some states require more than others. So I would need to know what state you want to get your license in. In CA it’s about three college level classes and you must pass a nasty test. You should be able to do the classes online however. And then study study STUDY or you will never pass that test. CA gears the thing to fail at least 50 percent of those taking it. You then have to take more classes within a year or your license is suspended.

I took Real Estate Principles I, Estate Principles II, Real Estate Law of Agency, Real Estate Law of Contracts, Real Estate Finance. Real Estate Commission’s 210-hour classroom instruction. Usually 6 months or so.
