Question about transferring to another college?
My senior year of high school, I applied to “college A” and got accepted (which is 2 miles away from my house), but currently attend “college B”. Right now I am in my sophomore year, and since depression has still been affecting my college experience and study habits, I would like to transfer to “college A”, possibly during the spring semester. Would I have to re-apply to “college A”, even though I already got accepted in spring 2006? Are there are circumstances that could prevent them from accepting me? Thanks in advance.

Typically you would have to reapply to the school. Try calling their admissions office, and tell them you were originally accepted but you are at college B, and tell them you would really like to attend college A instead. Sometimes colleges differ on acceptance of transfer students. If possible try to do as well as possible where you are at now so some credits will transfer with you, so you will not have to spend more money to retake those classes.
Good luck

Most colleges make you re apply if you don’t accept their offer from the first time around. Call the admissions office and ask, they will be able to help you.
