Accounting is a Profession. Nobody hires an Economist. Learn the difference betreen Micro and Macro,economics(Global vs. Small town Biz, mostly),Supply and Demand equals price equalibrium, plus Marketing Trends and History and your in the club.

Political Science has a lot of wanna-bees, without degrees, who flunked the spelling bees and know how to solve the worlds probems, right after they find the pinjoint they kicked under the couch

So shoot for the top, no matter what anybody else says (Plaque on the wall). Get that, which nobody can ever take from you and it ‘s not easy or cheap.

Eventually, you might find the perfect mix-combo. Read first (I can’t emphasize that enough), and stay up to date on computers, limit distractions(hot dates take second stage, and can wait a day) is my best advice. Hope that is a good jump-start for you!
