first, i think it would be good to give a background of your past..and introduce yourself but not to much cuz u dun want people to bored.

then write about the present how ur thoughts changes and what your important thoughts are. e.g things in you believe, the way life should be lived..etc.thoughts that represent you as a person

thridly, write about your future..how your thoughts can lead up to your career and wt u plan on doing,

I think what you wrote is not related to the introduction part but in fact it is a part from the body of your essay. explainations should be in the body part.

Use some essay writting helping book or u can take help from net.
