Communication programs throughout the US range in their status and quality. Here is a list of some of the most well-known and well-rounded programs:

University of Missouri–Columbia

University of Utah

This is NOT an exhaustive list, but it is a good start. The first two list are called Anneberg East and West because an alumnus donated a TON of money to each of them.
