Many college professors are willing to share syllabi if you ask them and tell them that you are interested in possibly attending their institutions of higher learning. Contact the school of business for the college or university that is nearest to you and speak to the Dean for that department. Tell them that you are interested in pursuing a degree from their institution but would like to examine the coursework syllabus – and tell them that one from a previous semester would be fine.
This will give you a great sample of current work being completed at the graduate level.

Do you want a syllabus for the first year of undergrad or the first year of grad school?
First year of undergrad will be about the same as any other b-school undergrad — lots of core courses like English, macroeconomics, maybe a foreign language.
First year of grad school will be largely core MBA courses such as organizational leadership, HR for managers, decision making, maybe a class in global marketing.
As somebody else said, you should contact the business school in which you’re interested to see if they’ll tell you. Most schools post much of this information on their Web sites so you should check there first.
