Joining a club?

Does colleges care if i join clubs at my senior year? This year, for some reason, I join as many club as possible to keep me occupied, but does college factor this year? Also, having 3.0 after senior year and hoping for high SAT score, what chance of me getting into decent college?

They will probably care more about grammar in your admissions essay.

Generally, applications are sorted like this, depending on how competitive entry may be:

1. Admissions test scores (SAT or ACT)

2. High school transcripts, overall GPA first

3. Completed application information and essays, which may include information about the clubs you joined and why and what difference it made in your life.

Otherwise, not knowing the quality of your high school (some have poor teaching and inflated grades while others are so tough that even a 2.5 GPA student can excel in a decent college), it’s not accurate to guess.

Clubs only matter if you were on the executive team, i.e. the president, vp. A general member is just fluff on the paper.
