It is currently 59th in the nation which is fairly significant compared to the thousands in the US. It is a great campus!

Rutgers is an excellent school and difficult to get into. If you have made good grades and were involved in a club at your high school, you have a good shot. But make some backups just in case you get rejected.

i would fill out an application.
if you get accepted…go visit the campus…
that is a must for any student…always always visit the campus…and don’t only visit them in the summer b/c most of the schooling is during the winter months [end of Nov. through March is very cold] so go in the winter to check out the schools…
i.e.
we went to visit pitt in the summer and it was stunning…and cozy and then my brother regretted it once November came around b/c it was sooooo cold and depressing up until mid March…some people love it and others can’t handle it…
