“Arrange” means that not all data are yet available for that class – it is to be arranged. The wording for this at some colleges is ARR or TBA (to be arranged).

2.00 hours means that the class yields 2 hours of college credit.

On the semester system one semester hour of college credit is awarded for each hour the class meets each week throughout the semester. On the quarter system one quarter hour of college credit is awarded for each hour the class meets each week throughout the quarter. Thus, a 2 hour class would meet for two hours each week throughout the term.

“Arrange” can also mean that the course is more of an independent study and the times are made “by arrangement” with the faculty.

If it is typed as “Arrange- 2:00 Hours” that would likely mean that you should plan on it for 2 CLOCK hours per week. Credit hours are usually typed 2.0 Hrs–unless it’s a typo.) If it is a 16 week course, then it would be 2 credit hours. If it is a shorter course, the credit hours change accordingly.
