I’m going to go with “Or What”

It is not a two year college. It offers bachelor’s degrees (four years) as well as graduate degrees in a number of fields. It is probably the best of the HBCUs.

There is a two year community college in Howard County, Maryland that is called Howard County Community College.

Howard University in Washington DC?

#96 National University in the USNWR rankings. Tied with UMass Amhurst, Auburn, U Arizona, U Tenn…

nope, not a two-year college. In fact, they have a pretty solid selection of graduate programs there http://www.gs.howard.edu/Graduate_Programs.htm in 30 disciplines with over 100 specializations all the way through to the PhD.

Additionally, many rankings of such list them among the best of the historically black colleges. 65% of their students go on to graduate study.

Absolutely not. It’s a university with 4-year bachelor’s degree programs, graduate schools, and even an ABA accredited law degree program.

No. It is a very well respected university (which means bachelors degrees). They have a law school, graduate programs, and a medical school as well.
