If you are a mormon and want to be a Dr. yes it is, BYU is a good college in almost everything over all but it is like 95% mormon. If you are not mormon try UCLA and UCI. I have a friend going to BYU and she loves it she wants to be pre-med too.

I used to think it was but it didn’t get high mark from US News, of course neither did Johns Hopkins, U Chicago, Harvard and UCLA

Yes, it is a great school. It has a great premed program. Great professors and great school, however the tuition is somewhat high.
