Favorite Answer
One way
High GPA with some AP courses under your belt.
Extra- curricular activities that make you stand out among other applicants. Example. member of club, volunteer work, or community services
Heck of an essay
High SAT scores
Very costly
Second way
Go to community college first- cost -effective
You won’t loose any years because community college offer the same first two years courses as other Universities. You just have to go to college counselor and he/she will give you the list of course to transfer to these universities.
You don’t need SAT score
Just maintain high GPA and hell of an essay
This is cost effective. You would pay 1/4 the money for the same courses. My sister did it this way and she transferred out to UCLA after 1/12 years of community college with GPA of 3.8. this also gave her an opportunity to figure out about her major. She didn’t even took any loans because she got Financial aid. Plus she saved so much money by taking the first two years in a community college.

Keep in mind that the prerequisites are going to vary from college to college, and also, some of these are Ivy league schools and are very tough to get into! Only 9% of students applying to Harvard actually got accepted last semester.
Good Luck 🙂
