I wouldn’t worry to much about not having a major right now; many students go into college undecided. As for finding a college start by narrowing it down by what would meet your needs. For example do you want to go to a big university or a small private college, do you want to live there or commute, if you want to live there how far away are you willing to go from home? Try using websites that allow you to enter in this information and give you schools that offer what you want. A good place to start is on College Board. I wouldn’t wait too long because many schools want applications in around Thanksgiving time. Good Luck!

It is difficult to figure out what you want to do with the rest of your life. But you are not alone. Trust me I am 27, graduated with a Communication degree, and I am still unsure that that is what I want to do. I suggest starting with making a list of the things in life that you enjoy (hobbies, extra curriculars, etc.) and the things you are good at. That is a springboard for you. Also take personality tests and I believe there is one called the Bristol, Meyers, Squibb test that helps to identify what fields you are leaning towards. Any college should offer these tests. Seek out your guidance counselor. I found the most help at community college. The key is to STOP procrastinating. The longer you put it off, the more frusterated you will become. Although it has probably been done, lying is not a good thing to do on a college application. I am not sure but I believe lying on a college application is as illegeal as lying on any federal form or employment application. I hope this helps!!!!

Only you can decide what you want to be in life. But don’t panic ,usually in college you start off with basic stuff such as English,History, and Algebra. I didn’t lie on my application but do not sweat it.You will do fine. Good luck
