You can apply for scholarships/ government grants/ student loans from banks/ charitable organisations.

The equivalent of red cross where I live collects donations for student education. I do not know how much they will contribute

but it is worthwhile to check out which charities do have such programs and how much they will contribute.

It is preferable to get grants, scholarships, donations since it is

money you do not have to give back with heaps of interest.

Some of the most successful people in the world got there by educating themselves, many dropped out of high school, Bill Gates never finished college, same with many top figures like Ray Croc, Brian Tracy, Bob Kiyosaki (I think?) and even Henry Ford was famous for surrounding himself with smart people. Remember that a higher education doesnt guarantee a higher wage, sometimes you can be overqualified and forced to work for minimum wage as a result, the smart thing is to educate yourself on finance, investing, people management, and business start ups and business practices, then get into real estate or telecommunications as these are the real growth industries.
