I made a stupid mistake in my online application form?

I was trying to apply online on a university and i made the most stupid mistake of placing my first name on the “Last name” field and vice versa. Now i’m getting paranoid. Would I get rejected for this? Must I email the registrar or must I call them instead? And to make things worse, i actually ended up doing it twice (Accidentally!) because when I was trying to correct the mistake, i went to the log-on page and it created a new account instead of going to the previous form i created (although the previous form still exists). Please give me some advice!! Thank you.

Well, everyone makes mistakes and I think that is one of the most common. I would call the registrar and be honest with them.Dont be paranoid….Just tell them, I made a mistake on my application and I would like to correct it. Tell them that you tried to go back and fix it but it wouldnt let you. Atleast it will be YOU noticing the mistake, and taking action to correct it, and not them!!

Good luck to ya!
