I scored at 94%tile when I took that now sometime ago and it does help to get you into a more prestigious school, but race quoatas and other things come into play too. It is not a guarantee, but better than say 50% or 70%.
But a minority with a 70%tile might beat you out if a quota has to be met.
Very good score though!
