I am writing a paper for school, and I can’t find articles about why colleges should have onsite daycare-?

for students. If anyone knows of any info, I would appreciate it as soon as possible. Mostly looking for why they should, not why they shouldnt. Thanks!

really? Not from any magazines?! That’s strange. try looking for articles related to going back to school after having kids or entering the job force again…..especially surveys that the schools have given to its students about what students would like to see offered at their schools. I’m sure the topic of daycare would come up. Portland State University I know has a daycare located in the student union building. The campus newspapers would have mentioned something such as daycare being offered (or being available now).

try these:

You should be able to go to your school’s library website and log onto a database. Usually Proquest and Lexis-Nexis are good.
