Get a job… you’ll learn more in a year of work than in 20 years of schooling.

Depends on what it is you studied.
Some things require going for a Masters or PH D to really do anything.
The undergratudate degree is nothing, it’s fundamentals.
Sometimes it is good to get a job.
IT for example. It might be better to learn things OJT rather than in a MAsters Program.
You get a job at a bank IT department and learn by doing over the next few years.
