I know a lot of students, myself included, who work part time jobs while being either full time or part time students. as long as youfeel like you can handle the workload of college classes and a job, I think working while in school is a great way to make some extra money and build your resume.

I think it is a good idea, especially if you can take night classes. I have always worked while in school, usually around 20 hours per week but I could have easily done more. It was nice to have the money. Just make sure the job you get understands that school comes first and is willing to offer flexible hours.

Good luck!

If you can handle the work from your classes and having a job then go for it. Ive done it before. It wasn’t easy but i still got good grades. Figure out how many hours a week you would be able to work without falling behind on your school work.

it depends on how much stress you can take and how motivated you are. my first year of college i tried to do a part time job and full time school and it just killed me i couldnt do it, but that was my personal exp. like i said it just depends on you.
