OK, so I would try to explain why it is that your company has the policy. when you are talking in Spanish and others don’t know Spanish they may feel uncomfortable because they don’t know what ur saying. To say that you had to use it exclusively isn’t exactly correct is it. because your not at work all the time so just speak English when your in a professional work environment and save the Spanish for you personal life. maybe this answer will give you some direction towards solving this dilemma.
