Help with this Business class problem?

You know that you have to defend your company’s English only policy to Torres who speaks English and Spanish fluently but thinks the English only policy is discrimination. How would you feel if you were required to learn and use another language, exclusively, even if some of your co-workers were able to speak and understand your native tongue? To defend your company’s policy, what can you say or write that will help Torres accept it? What will be the best way to present this information?

weird question for a business class. what class is this in management or something? OK, so I would try to explain why it is that your company has the policy. when you are talking in Spanish and others don’t know Spanish they may feel uncomfortable because they don’t know what ur saying. To say that you had to use it exclusively isn’t exactly correct is it. because your not at work all the time so just speak English when your in a professional work environment and save the Spanish for you personal life. maybe this answer will give you some direction towards solving this dilemma.
