Help me with my letter?
Hi, my english is bad and so is my letter writing skills. Would you please try to correct any errors? Im trying to write this letter so my professor can sign it. Its about how I did not attend to any of her classes, b/c I did not pay for it and the online system did not let me deregister from it. She just needs to sign it. This is the last thing I need and I won’t have to pay for this class.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Don Juan whom I had registered in Philosophy 30000 has not attended any of my classes in the summer session.
He has told me that he tried to deregister from my class but he could not do it online because the system did not let him to.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that, Don Juan, registered for my Philosophy 30000 but did not attend because he did not complete the process of paying for the class. Therefore did not attend any of the classes.
He informed me that he tried to withdraw from the class, but the system would not allow him to do so.
