They’re pretty much the same except UCLA’s got a lot more people and much better weather.

Are you talking about undergraduate programs? UCLA has an excellent undergraduate B-School — but not as good as UC-Berkeley.
harvard, on the other hand, does not have an undergraduate program in Business. The only Ivy League schools with undergraduate business programs are Penn (through the Wharton School) and Cornell (through the Agriculture school).
Harvard and UCLA both have MBA and PhD programs in business. both ar ehighly ranked.
