I don’t know the times when your applications for a a SPRING semester would be due. ALL I know is that for Fall 2008, applications are due in December 2007- January 2008. That’s why I’m taking my GRE in September…. It takes a few weeks to send scores, and if something goes horrible wrong, I can still retake the exam once more. (because you can take the GRE once per month)

So…. if applications for Spring 2009 have later deadlines… I would aim for Spring 2008 for taking your GRE Exam

But than again, the earlier you take it, the better… The more time you have to study for it, and the less stressed you’ll be if it approaches your deadlines…

Be sure to get some GRE study guides, or take some online practice tests, at the very least.
