Getting entry into University with low english profeciency?
Recently i got my IELTS score & its little less than their requirement. So i was just wondering if the University will still accept me or not.
Also i am a transfering student i can alternatively submit a letter saying all courses i took were in english. So you guys think this letter will cover up for me?

if it is less than their requirement then you will probably be denied; as if they did not care for theese scores they would not had made this a part of their requirements
