Basically, you want to show off your best work, whether it is art or an essay, drawings or short stories. Any spectacular work you’ve done should be included, especially if it has to do with what you want to study. Include any extracurricular activities: what you did and how it affected your outlook on life would be a good thing to include.
Mostly it needs to be about you: your life, your dreams, and your successes.
