Just your work experience they dont care about your gpa that only helps you when you are trying to further your education or get grants

I am also attending college, and my admissions rep told me that employers look at two things(this is people who are fresh out of college with little or no work experience):attendance and your GPA while in college. I am attending a 2 year business college for an associates in Accounting, so attendance is very important because our quarters are only 10 weeks long. I would say since you are working, they are gonna look at your work experience and not so much at your GPA. I hope this helps you. I wish you the best of luck in school and your furure employment!

Just that you’ve been through school, and any relevant work history for the most part. Sometimes they will ask for GPA, but you dont have to be Einstein to land the job as long as you’ve actually finished up. If you notice, companies require certain degrees, not grades when cantidates apply

It depends..if it’s an entry level job and you don’t have any relevant experience, a good GPA will help. However, if you do have experience in the field, they will pay more attention to that.

Either way, a good GPA never hurts. It’s helped me in the past.

For your first job out of school they might because you generally won’t have much for work history, but after taht they are far more concerned with your previous jobs.
