Does anyone have ideas on what countries would support a Fulbright Scholar canidate interested in education?

I am a an EdD student at a US university putting together an application for a Fulbright. Yet I only have 2 weeks left and I am stuck on the affiliation part of the application process. Are there any international connections that folks have that can help me in my research towards finding a mentor/affiliation at a institution of higher education in another country? Also, I do not currently have any other languages than English (and Pig Latin) under my belt.

Your lack of knowledge of a second language will hurt you.

You probably would be best off in England , Canada or Australia where English is the major language. Why don’t you google it. You can try using the search term as mentor affiliation + Higher education + (name of country) no parentheses for name of country but place the phrase Higher education in parentheses).

Try other scholarships as well.

I knew someone who went to both England & India on Fulbright scholarships. She spoke only English, too.

Good luck!
