How about something around the naturally grown organic produce between the 2 countries and to incorporate this into menus. How easier/harder/ economically viable would this be? Is there differences in agricultural farming eg manure, vaccinations to cows, etc – are they more healthier, produce better quality milk, cheeses? Traditional Swiss menu’s already in the UK – improve on these – are they using Swiss produce direct from Switzerland? Depends on the level of dissertation – MA or BA. You could compare markets between the countries where produce is sold, include economics, social and political considerations. Also you could look at marketing in the UK and compare this with marketing in Switzerland. How service industries treat customers, include theories on consumers. Don’t know much about wine – follow how wine in made and compare and contrast this!? Good luck.
