You will most likely get in. I have a friend who went there to study Japanese, and although he thought he was brilliant, it is not a top competitive school. I think it is moderately competitive.

not sure, but a worse school in comparison with a better major is a lot helpful than a better school with a “undecided” major, and my view is that school and diploma will be useless after years, but major and license is what matters
