College Pole vaulting requirements?
What heights in the pole vault are expected of an incoming freshmen male to pole vault at a D1 or D2 school? I’m not necessarily looking for a scholarship but just to continue the sport at the intercollegiate level

I’d suggest 13′ minimum. You’ll get more interest if you’re over 14′-15′.
The coach will want to have you working more than pole vault – maybe a sprint and something else.
This doesn’t mean you can’t walk on having cleared 11′ as a senior in HS – your body may change substantially in this time. Stress work on your form – with good form, a developing body, and a great attitude, you should be allowed to continue to work.

Take a look at some results and statistics from collegiate track meets. That will tell you the typical performance range.
If you are in the top three at high school meets in your area you ought to be welcome at least at DII.
