i know at my university, they have numerous books that tell you what you can do with like every major out there.

so just go in, tell them what you like, and listen to their suggestions!

Or architecture if you are thinking graphic design – that kind of drawing consists more of using rulers to draw, not free hand – but you have to have great spatial ideas.

As another person said, talk to the general studies department of your university. Sometimes they have tests that you can take that show you your interests and what might be a good major for you.

Also…think of a major that allows you to make enough money and freedom to travel for pleasure.

One piece of advice, though: take an Anthropology intro class as one of your electives before you just go ahead and change your major, just so you can see if you like it before you jump right in. I did that with Communications when I was an English major, and I found Communications much more to my liking. 🙂

Maybe you could also look at history to learn about different cultures or foreign language studies so that you could have the opportunity to study abroad.

If you think you may want to be a photographer someday, you may also want to consider a minor in business. After all, photographers usually have to support themselves and their business.

Another great option for you is journalism. You could write and take photographs, and lots of journalists travel from place to place for the next big story.
