college job?
i’m transferring to a different college next semester. i pretty much do a telemarketing job (calling alumni to ask for money) for my campus now. i don’t really like my job and i get paid monthly. i have A LOT of school work to do and i work during the hours i could get it all done (6-9). i want to quit my campus job because after i get my check for october, i would just get one more in november and then i would transfer out. i’m just afraid my mom will think i’m a quitter if i don’t stick with it. maybe i won’t even tell her? what do you think i should do?

She’s gonna find out anyway. Better to meet it head on now, than down the road. yeah, telemarketing sucks. Tell her and make sure you have a PLAN. If you don’t, then she will start thinking you have no drive.

I wouldn’t, if you’re moving to another school then you’ll need the money while setting up.
