but the BEST time is now. and some colleges have deadlines so you should check with what colleges u are appying too. some don’t, so dont stress too too much. but the best time is to start applying to them now as much as you can, and you can get it over with.

Mid-October is too late for Early Acceptance, but not too late for Regular Acceptance. On top of that, most schools will continue accepting applications well beyond March if they have not met their full enrollment.
