Can I get into UGA?
I know that GPA and SAT scores are not the only factors for determining if you can get into a school or not but I’m going to ask anyway.
I have a 3.4 GPA and a 2100 (1350) SAT score. I am in the top 30% of my classes.
I have taken 6 APs + mostly all honors classes.
I am applying early decision so I don’t get to write an essay or get any teacher’s recommendations.
What do you think?

I think you have a very good chance of getting into the University of Georgia. When I applied there in 2004-2005, I had a GPA of 3.5 and SAT score of 1200 (they didn’t start the new SATs till the following year) and was also probably in about the top 25 – 30% of my class. I was taking AP classes and honor like you so you shouldn’t have any problem getting into the university. Its an awesome school…I have enjoyed it thus far and all the campus activities are great…especially the football 🙂 Good luck on applying and I hope that you are a future Dawg!!!

If you’re from Georgia, you should get in for sure. If you’re from out of state, you should still probably get in, but it will be a closer call.
