You should tell the interviewer what positive things that you can bring to the position, such as creativity, hard-work, dedication, loyalty, etc. If you can, try to think of some qualities that would make you stand out from other people.

Keep your focus on what you can offer the job, not what the job can offer you. (don’t say “you should hire me because I really need the money or anything like that)

Are you hard-working? Do you like to work with others? Do you work well under pressure? Tell them this. Tell them what you believe are your best qualities, and be enthusiastic about it. Really make them believe, hey, this person IS the best candidate.

if u r confident then ask him…1>why he shunt select u..u knw what u r…n u can change the sphere

if not tht much confident…play safe 2>because u r the best…positeve attitude etc.
