Are music and philosophy considered academic a levels?

are music and philosophy considered academic a levels by universities? if i go for a reasonably academic degree, say english, and study english, philosophy and music for a level, will universities (even the top ones) think highly of me or not?

well rounded is always a good thing. Do something you enjoy, and be passionate about your work. That is the best way to stand out.

Yes, it doesn’t matter what classes you take, it’s the grade you get in the end which matters most.
