About half.com shopping for text books….?
I am about to buy $400 of textbooks from half.com. Does anyone have any discount coupons or anything that will make it cheaper than that???? Any promotion codes or anything like that?? Any recommendation about other good trustworth sites from which i can get the books for cheaper??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

half.com doesn’t do a good job in searching for the cheapest textbooks. I use this cool site called http://www.bigwords.com
I always save MORE than HALF my money there. They compare prices from NUMBERS of online stores just to give you the cheapest used textbook you can find on the web. Look into bigwords.com before you buy your books.

Before buying any books online, make sure they are the correct edition. Sometimes it might not matter, but don’t assume that–check with your professor before buying any edition other than the recommended one.
I have had good luck with abebooks.com so you might check there as well.
