I found currency and don’t know what country it is from a horseman on one side and buildings and green cross.
It shows 5000, The horseman has a shield with a cross of some sort on one side, The other side a cross in a green box and what looks like several buildings. It reads

That lettering sounds cyrillic – possibly Russian then.
