I can write English but my skill in listening is bad. What should I do?

Hi i have the same problem like you…i can write it( still a couple mistakes) but my listening ans speaking really sucks! that’s why i can not take some classes in college( history, psycology etc…)
What i’m doing to imrpove my listening is to listen my favorite music and read the lyrics at the same time. It really works!! Chose a slow, get the lyrics and try to read every word together with the singer(s). It’s fun and u improving your skills.

My wife is from Mexico, and she has had great success with a program she purchased called English Without an Accent.
I think she found it on amazon.com or on ebay.
I just asked her and she gave me the web site from the book.

i hv very poor egnlish . but im try my best to speak english with reading more english news paper . and i learning also the writing. if u want more advantage with yr english language, u can take english course . yr english will be prove it. GOOD LUCK…and try yr best.
