Ok so i need help making up analogies for weight, intertia, and gravity. Im seriously blank right now. It needs to be in “is like….because” form.

Please help. My science teacher will eat me if i dont think of analogies.

Analogies compare things. Let’s take gravity, for example. What can gravity be compared to? A quick glance at a thesaurus shows us that the word gravity is related to the following word: heaviness. So, gravity is like heaviness because both pull you down! There you go! Good luck with the other two words.

hmm…Inertia is like a stubborn mule because they both resist change in motion??? lol it’s kind of a weird one…umm….gravity is like a seat belt because it holds you down?? Gosh, that’s the best I can do, I’m not sure about weight. That’s tough! Good luck! =)
