Between a flat worm and a cylindrical worm which one would have a higher surface area to volume ratio?

The volumes are equal.

Assuming they have the same volume AND LENGTH… the flatworm has a higher area/volume ratio.

Take a cross section (i.e. make a crosswise cut across the worm and look at the cut end). The two cross sections will have equal areas, and the original question is the same as asking which cross section has the bigger perimeter.
